Changes Effective 1st November, 2011

We are pleased to announce a new type of special set for Independent Business Owners (IBO) and a few changes to the Profit Plan intended to help IBOs increase sales and recruitment. These changes are effective from 1st November 2011 onwards.

A.  New “100eV Special Discount Sets” that Makes Joining Free!

New IBOs who join on 1 Nov, 2011 onwards will be given a chance to purchase any of the available “Special Sets” that give them savings equivalent to their registration fee. This makes joining literally free! Each IBO is entitled to 1 set only and the purchase must be made at the same store they registered at within 30 days of registration. Please note that the Direct Profit (DP) for each set is 10%.

Please note the changes for Direct Profit (DP) and Branch Performance Incentive (BPI) & Extra Incentive (EI) qualification in the table below.

C.  Lower eV and No QU Requirement for Profit Payouts Below e$100

IBOs who achieve 5eV personal sales in a month are now able to earn a profit payout of up to e$50 and those who achieve 10eV can earn up to e$100. They do not need any QUs for this payout.

In order to accommodate IBOs who may have been busy during the August holiday month, the August 31^st deadline for pre-August IBOs to make Special eV Set purchases for their one-time Direct Profit and Profit Centre qualifications has been extended to September 30^th.

1. Direct Profit Qualification
   
   
• IBOs who registered prior to August 1, 2011:
  You will need to generate 50eV (Special eV Set purchase) in your Personal Branch by September 30^th
  
  Note: If you achieved the June/July 1,000eV Qualification Special, you are automatically qualified for DP and exemptfrom this requirement.
  
  
• IBOs who registered on or after August 1, 2011 (no change): 
  You will need to generate 100eV (Special eV Set purchases) in your Personal Branch in your first 30 days
  
  
2. Profit Centre Upgrade
   
   
   • IBOs who registered prior to August 1, 2011:
     For IBOs who own unlimited or 3BPI/EI, you can purchase your 200eV Special eV Set by September 30^th to upgrade your existing Profit Centres as per table below.
     
     For IBOs who own 1BPI/EI or none, you can purchase your 50eV Special eV Set by September 30^th and the remaining 500 eV Special eV Sets to upgrade your existing Profit Centres by November 30^th as per table below.
     
     Note: IBOs who achieved the June/July 1,000eV Qualification Special are exempt from this requirement.
     
     
     
     
   • IBOs who registered on or after August 1, 2011:
     There is no change in your profit qualification method.
