How is the Hexagon™ 8-Stage π Water Purifier different from Hexagon™ Hi-Energy Structured Water System?
The Hexagon™ 8-Stage π Water Purifier is a newly developed countertop water purifier, made with the same underlying principles as the Hexagon™ Hi-Energy Structured Water System. It is easy-to-install on any countertop and delivers the same benefits as the Hexagon™ Hi-Energy Structured Water System - clean, health drinking water that optimises hydration of the body and enhances bodily functions.

The Hexagon™ 8-Stage p Water Purifier has been developed with both function and affordability in mind. With the price of this smaller unit, everyone can benefit from having clean and naturally enhanced water for better health and vitality.

Both units have a capacity of 10,000 litres, equivalent to 1 year of usage (depending on usage volume and quality of in-coming water supply ) and they both produce similar quality water. The Hexagon™ Hi-Energy Structured Water System produces Living Water with a cluster size of 42.3Hz while the Hexagon™ 8-Stage π Water Purifier produces π water with an average cluster size of about 48Hz. Both living water and π water are very similar to our Body’s Water and can be easily absorbed and used directly by our cells.

How does the Hexagon™ 8-Stage π Water Purifier compare to similar countertop water filters in the market?
Most conventional countertop filters use just carbon and sometimes ceramic filtration. These offer basic filtration by removing sediment, chlorine, and a few other chemical contaminants, but they don't enhance your water.

The Hexagon™ 8-Stage
π Water Purifier does much more than that! Combining granular activated carbon, ceramic and a host of other hi-tech filtration media plus natural mineral and magnetic stones, this 8-Stage π water treatment purifies and enhances water, rendering it clean, healthful and great tasting too.

It can filter up to 10,000 litres of water (equivalent to about 1 year’s supply for an average household of 5 people) – at least double the filtration capacity of most countertop models.

Converting to Hexagon™ 8-Stage
π Water Purifier is naturally the wiser choice, and it's usually more economical!

Can I drink the filtered π water direct from this Hexagon™ 8-Stage π Water Purifier unit?
YES. The Hexagon™ 8-Stage
π Water Purifier gives not only clean, but health-giving water on demand, all day, every day. Boiling water before consuming it has long been practiced to kill bacteria, but in most cities, the local treatment plant already chlorinates the water to ensure that it is bacteria free. Boiling water doesn't remove contaminants and the heat causes chlorine to change into dangerous trihalomethanes. It is better to boil chlorine-free Hexagon water for cooking and beverages if you wish.

Can I use the Hexagon™ 8-Stage π Water Purifier with untreated underground water?
Untreated underground water contains an extremely wide spectrum of contaminants. This makes it even more important to have a Hexagon™ 8-Stage
π Water Purifier unit, as the unit will improve the condition and quality of the untreated underground water. For this type of water, it is best to BOIL the filtered water before drinking.

Don’t be alarmed if you notice any whitish specks in the filtered water after boiling. These are specks of calcium, which are not harmful in any way. If the water supply comes from a certain area that has limestone-based soil or that has surrounding areas with calcium-rich soil, then the water will also contain very high calcium levels. The Hexagon™ 8-Stage π Water Purifier system does not remove calcium.

If the filtered water has a peculiar smell and tastes different, what should I do?
This change in smell and taste could happen if the unit is kept unused with water contained inside for a few weeks. In this case, it is best to remove the cartridge and drain out the leftover water. All you need to do is rinse the casing and the cartridge, re-install and then let the water run through the unit for at least 15 minutes before resuming usage.

Can I run hot water through the Hexagon™ 8-Stage π Water Purifier unit?
No! Hot water will affect the Ceramic Filter and the Carbon Filter in the system, compromising their efficiency and efficacy.

Is the Hexagon™ 8-Stage π Water Purifier unit suitable for all faucets?
The Hexagon™ 8-Stage
π Water Purifier unit comes with 3 different types of adaptors to fit more than 80% of the most common types of faucets. If yours is very unique, a plumber may be required to help perform some simple adjustments to your pipe fittings. Otherwise, it is very easy to install - all you need to do is to screw it on.

I already have an outdoor filter (or point-of-entry filter). Do I still need the Hexagon™ 8-Stage π Water Purifier?
YES. Outdoor filters only remove suspended particles and sediment which cause the water to be cloudy and murky. They don't remove the harmful chemical contaminants from the water.
